24-hour tailored care

At Valdigarth, care is tailored to the needs of each of our residents, and we support them to be as independent as possible including accessing events and activities in the local community.

Our residents have their own person centred plan which incorporates:

  • Their preferred routines
  • Likes and dislikes
  • People and places that are important to them
  • Risks involved and how they will be managed
  • Their preferred method of communication and how this will be facilitated.

All plans are regularly reviewed and take into account the person, their family and any other significant people in their lives.

We can cater for a range of learning disabilities, including:

          Asperger Syndrome

          Autism/ASD

•          Down Syndrome

•          Epilepsy

•          Hearing Impairment

•          Speech Impairment

•          Visual Impairment

We can also provide respite care, subject to room availability.

Referrals are accepted from the NHS, local authorities or privately for adults aged 18+.  Please give us a call to discuss your needs: 01429 823403
